Step 1

1. Step#1 PREPARING SHRIMPS & STIR-FRY SAUCE METHOD: Combine stir-fry sauce: oyster sauce, soy sauce, chicken stock or water, oil, rice wine, with cornstarch into a bowl. Mix it smooth,..! 10. Step#3 COOKING FLOURED SHRIMPS: Put to heat wok or small saucepan allow heating for 2 by 3 minutes. Turn stove’s gauge on medium/low (4). 11. Next, add 1 cup cooking oil into heating pan, allow for 3 minutes to get hot, or until you see little smoke. 12. Now, add floured shrimps some at time into the heating oil on the stove. (Be cautious,..!) 13. Allow frying 1 between 3 minutes stir it half way the time cooking. After that, remove cooked shrimps and put it aside for later.

14. Step#4: COMBINING & COOKING SHRIMPS SNOW PEAS OYSTER SAUCE METHOD: Turn stove on medium/low (4), add cooking oil, and let it get hot for one minute. add shredded chili pepper, ginger, and garlic. Stir-fry cook for 30 between 60 seconds, and then add chopped onions, stir-fry 10 seconds. Add tablespoon chili beans sauce, and then stir-fry sauce. 15. Toss in snow peas, cooked shrimps, stir-fry 10 seconds properly, and then finished. Turn stove off! 16. Add carrot sticks stir-fry, and then finished. Carrot stick need not cook. 17.
